Important Information & FAQ
PRE ORDERS - Most rags are available to preorder if out of stock, just contact us to do so! If there is a pattern you would like that we don't have on our site, message us to see more options that aren't online yet.
RETURNS - Revamped shirts are sold as is and nonreturnable. Other shirts are returnable if brand new with tags and they must arrive back at our store within one week after requesting a refund. TO START A RETURN you MUST talk to a Daisy employee to do so. Rags and Robes are returnable up to 2 days after delivery date if still tied and unopened, along with the tags still on. Customs are not returnable or refundable. We must be notified of an issue within 2 days after the product being delivered to protect ourselves from people wearing/damaging product and wanting to send them back along with crazy scams that are happening worldwide.
THE BRAND MERCH - our new shirts and hoodies all ship 3rd party as stated in all bios and their shipping times vary. We do not control it! As soon as you purchase one, the information is sent to the company so your product can be into production. It is typically a week or two, but does get busier around the holidays as well. Any shirts that ship 3rd party will say in the bio.

SATIN LINED HOODIES - they sell fast, be ready! We are working every day on restocks, they are handmade and tedious so they take a little extra time. Custom satin lined hoodies range from $65-85, please message us to order some.
MAILING - once a package leaves our store and is in the hands of USPS, we are not in any way responsible for it. If the wrong address is put down or a package is returned to us, buyer is responsible to pay for new shipping!
